I’m a middle-aged millennial who thought that if I ignored my need for art, beauty and joy long enough that I could be in control.
As it turns out, ‘running it all’ was not possible all of the time, the pursuit was making me sick and - SURPRISE, SURPRISE! - I couldn’t be in control of anything.
So I’m diving into art like my life depends on it - because it does. If you can relate, you can start a journey of your own toward joy and I hope we can do it side by side.
